I have been at Eikon for over 4 months now and I can already say that I am learning so much and starting to understand so much in terms of the signage materials that we produce.

Moving from Quality control in the food industry to quality in the signage industry has been a lot smoother than I anticipated and this is clearly due to the great team we have here at Eikon. From every one of the production staff welcoming me open arms and not getting annoyed at me asking them so much questions to Steve Sweatman being really helpful and taking him time to show me how to carry out certain investigations.

Did I mention Shane O’Regan is the best manager I’ve ever had. From not throwing me in the deep end but instead giving me time to transition and settle into not just the company but giving me time to also understand the industry. He is also eager to see me grow and as an ambitious person I couldn’t have asked for a better manager.

All the office staff are great also and everyone is always eager to help. It does not matter if they have already showed you how to do what you are asking or if you think the question you are asking is silly, they will do their best to help/teach you how to carry out the tasks.

I am looking forward to growing alongside the company and everyone here at Eikon.
